A five-day workshop was organised in Issikul, Kyrgyzstan from 16th to 20th of July with the participation of an EU expert.
EU-ACT Project met the request of the Republican Narcological Centre in Kyrgyzstan to deliver consultation and expertise in development of an effective tool – Clinical Protocol for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of combined consummation of New Psychoactive Substances (NPS), in view of best European practices and scientific developments.
In accordance with demand a five-day workshop in Issikul was organised, with the participation of an EU expert who provided guidance to the development of the draft of the Clinical Protocol on prevention, diagnostics and treatment of the combined consummation of NPSs, in close cooperation with 4 specialists appointed by the RNC. The workshop was organized outside Bishkek will in an environment with no disturbances.
This workshop will be followed by a maximum of three months period during which two local specialists will compile the information, under the guidance of the EU expert from home and the support of the EU-ACT RC and LE in Central Asia.
