The Project has also provided support for the participation of high-level delegates from Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tanzania, and Ukraine, key countries of the Project, that have already co-operated regionally with the EU-ACT Project and which institutions are involved in the fight against drug trafficking and organized crime.

On Tuesday 13th of March, the side event “European trans-regional responses to drug trafficking and organised crime” is organised at Room M6 by EU-funded programmes Cocaine Route Programme and EU Action against Drugs and Organised Crime. EU-ACT Team Leader, Thomas Carter, will be one of the main speakers at that event, together with representatives of the Cocaine Route programme (CRP) and the Maritime Analysis and Operations Centre-Narcotics (MAOC-N).
